Ayurveda Seed Massage
Ayurvedha seed massage is a unique, ancient technique originated in the Pune region in India.
This is a deep massage that covers all parts of the body. The massage utilizes sesame oil and Calamus root powder for thorough peeling. It includes stretches from the world of Yoga and body walk treatment and performed on a mattress close to the earth.
Ayurveda seed massage helps to release muscle tension, softened the body, restore movement to stiff joints, remove unwanted toxins and stimulate the vascular and lymphatic systems.
The treatment relieves stress, replenishes the body with healthy life energy and restores the balance between the body’s systems.

Breathwork therapy is a powerful approach to self-exploration and healing.
This practice uses circular breathing, enchanting music, therapeutic touch and Tibetian singing bowls to allow access to non-ordinary states of conciseness.
The combination of these elements with my guidance will allow you to feel more connected to your deepest emotions.
